By booking services with Rosito Services, you agree to these legally binding terms.
2. Services Provided
Emergency Repairs: 24/7 availability for electrical, plumbing, or carpentry emergencies (e.g., power outages, burst pipes).
Standard Repairs: Scheduled appointments for non-urgent issues.
Warranty Work: 30-day warranty on labor; parts warranties vary by manufacturer.
3. Pricing & Payment
Estimates: Free initial diagnostics for emergencies; $49 fee waived if service is booked.
Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, cash, or bank transfers.
Late Fees: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue balances.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation >24 Hours: Full refund.
Cancellation <24 Hours: $50 fee.
No-Show: Full service charge.
5. Liability
Our Responsibility: Limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not liable for:
Pre-existing conditions (e.g., outdated wiring discovered during repairs).
Damages caused by unauthorized DIY repairs after our service.
Your Responsibility: Disclose all relevant property details (e.g., asbestos, mold).
6. Emergency Service Protocol
Response Time: 45-minute average (traffic/weather exceptions apply).
After-Hours Surcharge: $75 for services between 10 PM – 6 AM.
7. Dispute Resolution
Mediation: Mandatory 30-day negotiation period before litigation.
Governing Law: Disputes resolved under California law in Los Angeles County courts.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms; continued use after changes implies acceptance.
